Wendy's Cleaning Services is run by Wendy Gavarrete, and that matters more than it sounds. When you call, you reach the person who sets the schedule and stands behind the work — not a dispatcher who passes your address to whoever is free that morning.
The work covers both sides of the city's needs: homes on weekly, biweekly, and monthly schedules; deep cleans that reset a house back to zero; move-in and move-out cleans timed to closing dates and lease ends; and commercial work after hours, from office suites to post-construction sites that still have drywall dust in every vent.
Every job starts the same way, whatever the size. We walk the space, write down a room-by-room checklist, and quote a flat price. You approve it before anything begins, and nothing gets added later without you saying yes. Then we clean the list — and if something was missed, you have 24 hours to tell us and we come back for it.
We work in English and Spanish, across Charlotte, Matthews, Huntersville, Concord, Monroe, Fort Mill, Rock Hill, and the rest of the metro, six days a week from 7 in the morning until 7 at night.
