Concord

Concord splits neatly in two for us: the historic homes near Union Street downtown, and the newer subdivisions spreading west toward Christenbury and Afton Ridge. They need different hands — old plaster, original wood floors, and clawfoot tubs do not take the same products as a three-year-old build.

We ask about floor finishes and surface materials during the walkthrough for exactly this reason, and we'll use what you supply if you already know what works in your house.

On the commercial side, we clean professional offices and small suites around Concord on evening and weekend schedules, with a written scope your office manager can check against.
