Cornelius

Cornelius sits right on Lake Norman, and lake houses have their own cleaning pattern: heavy use in summer, long quiet stretches in winter, and a lot of sand, pollen, and lake water tracked through back doors and sunrooms.

We handle seasonal resets for homes that sit empty part of the year, and faster turnover cleans for properties that get rented out. Both run off the same written checklist so nothing depends on who shows up that day.

Waterfront homes often have large glass walls and screened porches that a standard clean skips. Tell us if you want those in scope and we'll price them into the visit rather than treating them as a surprise.
