Matthews

Matthews is a short run east from our base, so it is one of the easiest towns in our map to schedule tightly. Most of what we do here is recurring: busy households that want the same day and the same window every week or every other week.

The housing runs from the older homes around Downtown Matthews and Trade Street to the large family builds off Idlewild and Weddington Road. Bigger homes mean more bathrooms and more floor, so we price by room count rather than guessing from square footage alone.

A lot of Matthews homes have dogs, cats, or both. Tell us where they'll be on cleaning day and which products you'd rather we avoid, and that goes straight onto the checklist.
